I would like to welcome you to our site and encourage you to come back and see how we are growing to serve you. Caldwell County has made a commitment to provide the highest, most professional, level of emergency service to its residents and visitors.
In 2004, the Caldwell County Board of Commissioners consolidated all the various county emergency agencies into the Caldwell County Office of Emergency Services. The EMS, EMS Billing, Fire Marshal, and Emergency Management departments have been combined into a single department, with separate operating divisions. Staff from all the various divisions are cross training to maximize the capabilities and resources of the department. The consolidation has allowed us to streamline our operations and reduce operating costs.
