Monthly Team Challenges (Optional)
1. 6-Lap Fitness Test- September 16 (CCHD parking lot @ 5 pm)
First person to finish wins the point!
- - After lap 1- 15 crunches
- - After lap 2- 15 jumping jacks
- - After lap 3- 15 kneeled push-ups
- - After lap 4- 15 jumping jacks
- - After lap 5- 15 standing squats
- - Final lap- end of challenge
2. Knock-Out! October 21 (LHS Gym @ 5 pm)
The person with the most baskets wins the point
3. The Presidents Challenge November 13 (CCHD/DSS Conference Room @ 5pm)
(Very similar to the challenge we all did in elementary school but modified!)
The person with the most number of sit-ups, push-ups and standing squats wins the point!
4. Cook-Off to Health- December 16 (location TBA)
Participants will be given the opportunity to prepare their favorite, healthiest, holiday dish to be judged by "expert taste testers", the winner receives the point!
5. The Obstacle Course Challenge- January 20 (LHS Gym @ 5pm)
The person with the fastest time wins the point!
Course will consist of the following "obstacles"
- - "tire" race
- - table crawl
- - zig-zag
- - "dash-time"
- - hula-hoop hop
- - b-ball frenzy

First person to finish wins the point!
- - After lap 1- 15 crunches

- - Final lap- end of challenge
**Remember…all challenges are optional but prizes awarded are based on the number of points
***If all team members participate in every challenge, your team could win 24 points
***If all team members participate in every challenge AND a team member wins the challenge, your team is awarded an extra point
