Community Paramedic Program

Mission Statement

To improve the lives of Caldwell County citizens by creating access to resources, education, and services relative to healthcare and overall well-being through a compassionate mobile integrated health philosophy.

Who We Are

Established February 2020, this program was designed to help those within our community take their healthcare into their own hands.

The program was created with several goals in mind: Assess and address the needs of patients who are frequent callers of the 9-1-1 system, work with clients to manage preventable and chronic diseases, and assist clients with preventing injuries.

Community Paramedics work one on one with clients to promote good health, create personalized Care Plans specific to the patients' diseases and disabilities, and promote quality of life. They provide resources, education, guidance, and support in their success.
