EMS Billing

The Billing staff of Caldwell County Emergency Medical Services makes every effort to help our patients fulfill their financial obligations for services rendered.  We understand that billing and insurance can be a complicated process, and as a result, our dedicated staff is available to all patients to assist with any questions or concerns you may have concerning these issues.  

The EMS Billing and Administration staff is located on the Third (3rd) Floor of the Caldwell County Health & Human Services Building in Lenoir, NC and is responsible for processing all calls for service and billing the appropriate responsible party. Should you have any questions or concerns regarding your financial obligations or for scheduling transports please feel free to contact our office to set up a time to meet with our capable staff. 

Our business hours are Monday through Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm and closed weekends and federal holidays. The billing staff utilizes all available means to collect outstanding debt owed for services provided; EMS payments are taken at the county tax office located at 905 West Ave NW. in downtown Lenoir and can be sent by mail or made in person at that location during regular business hours as noted. A satellite billing location is housed at 4 Falls Ave., in Granite Falls, NC and offers the same business hours as our main location.
