Why Are Environmental Health Services So Important?

The Environmental Health Division is responsible for ensuring that Caldwell County residents have a clean and healthful environment in which to live, work, and play. This is accomplished through education, inspections, and active enforcement of state rules and regulations.

Caldwell County's Registered Environmental Health Specialists provide programs directed to protect and promote the health and well-being of all citizens through environmental management.
