The Caldwell County Office of Emergency Services is comprised of five major divisions: Administration, Emergency Medical Services (EMS), Emergency Management (EM), 911 Communications, and the Office of the Fire Marshal. To accomplish its various public safety and law enforcement missions, the Department relies on its team of highly qualified professionals.

The Department is constantly seeking qualified individuals who want a challenging and rewarding career in emergency services. Applications are accepted through the Caldwell County Human Resources Department when a vacancy exists; however, the Department is always eager to speak to anyone who may be interested and holds applications for one year regardless of current openings.
