Caldwell County Emergency Service's Administrative Offices are located in the Caldwell County Health and Human Services Building. Housed on the 3rd Floor of the HHS Building, these offices are home to the Emergency Services Director, EMS Chief, Training Coordinator, and the EMS Billing Staff. This location also houses the County's Emergency Operations Center (EOC) and provides multiple class and conference rooms for all of our needs, as well as being the base of operations for the Fire, Emergency Management, and Safety Divisions.

Feel free to stop in any time Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm to tour our facility and meet the members of the administrative division.
